1. Who we are
KB Market (Killa Builds Market) is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of second-hand electric bikes, conversion kits and related parts.
2. Your account
You must be 18+ to sell on KB Market. Usernames are unique and must not impersonate others. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Listings
Sellers must provide truthful information. The Verified badge requires real photos of the frame serial, battery label, dashboard powered on, charger and wear points. Faking verification photos results in permanent ban.
4. Prohibited items
No stolen goods. No bikes without proof of ownership. No illegally modified speed-restricted vehicles intended for public road use. No counterfeit parts.
5. Payments & meets
KB Market does not process payments. Always meet in a safe public place, inspect the bike, and never pay before viewing. Never send money outside the chat to "reserve" a bike — this is the #1 scam.
6. Liability
KB Market is a platform only. We do not own, inspect or warrant any item listed. All transactions are between buyer and seller.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or harm the community.
